I chose DeckSeal was to run my own business & get a better work/life balance as in my previous roles I spent more time at work than I did at home. I also wanted to better myself financially & this seems like a niche business with not too many people doing it so I can see the opportunities to do well for myself & my family. Not only that but the job satisfaction of transforming peoples outdoor Areas & seeing the end result that has been achieved from the hard work put in.
