I need deck cleaning services — how do I get started?

What is completed during the deck restoration process?
Depending on the treatment type, the deck/timber structure may simply need to be cleaned and coated, or for areas that require more attention, it can be sanded to remove any existing oils or stains prior to cleaning in preparation for the oil or stain to ensure ultimate penetration. Finally, 1 – 3 coats of oil or stain are applied.
How long does the process take?
Some jobs can be completed in 1 day. The average job may take 2 – 3 days. After this, your deck will be back to its pristine best and ready to use.
What products do you use?
We believe in supporting Australian businesses and use Australia’s leading water based oil and stains for timber decks, however we are happy to use any product that our Client’s require.
When do I know it’s time to have my deck resealed?
If your deck is looking unsightly, and water is not being repelled then it is time for it to be resealed.
When can I walk on my deck after the treatment?
DeckSeal recommends a minimum of 24 hours or touch dry before walking on the treated area. Normal foot traffic & furniture after 5-7 days.
