Starting a new business can be daunting, but for Jason, the opportunity to use his business knowledge and experience to establish and operate his own small family business, provided the perfect combination of flexibility and stability that he was looking for. After extensive research, Jason chose DeckSeal, an Australian owned and operated franchise, to embark on this new adventure. With an employment background in the hotel and travel industry, Jason initially worked in sales and operations. However, for the past 20 years, he has enjoyed being a Leasing and Business Development Manager in the commercial real estate industry, specifically in serviced offices and co-working spaces. Jason is most excited about the freedom of working in an environment where every day is different, much like the variety of deck restoration projects he will encounter. He is thrilled to be part of the DeckSeal family and is looking forward to providing his customers with the highest quality deck restoration services in Brisbane. One of the key factors that drew Jason to DeckSeal was the transparency offered by the franchisor, including their business model, support, and training. Jason also appreciated the opportunity to start an exclusive large territory in Brisbane, with a good diversity of suburbs, and the option to grow the territory as big as he wished.
